    Customer Care Specialist at SPARGO, Inc.

    Work from Home in Fairfax, VA 22030 | Hybrid model - 2 days in-office, 3 days remote

    Summary:

    This role calls for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. The Customer Care Specialist will handle customer inquiries and ensure their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities (in order of importance):

    1. Maintain professionalism and build rapport with clients
    2. Handle ACD calls with the aim of exceeding targets
    3. Achieve monthly call center goals
    4. Assist customers with online registrations and housing requests
    5. Respond to emails and live web chats promptly
    6. Participate in training sessions
    7. Provide daily feedback to the supervisor
    8. Support Registration and Housing departments
    9. Perform data entry accurately and promptly
    10. Conduct outbound calls and resolve issues
    11. Perform other assigned duties

    Qualifications:

    1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
    2. Organized with the ability to multitask
    3. Team player with proficiency in MS Office
    4. Data entry skills
    5. 1+ year of customer service experience
