The Brattleboro Retreat is a highly regarded psychiatric and addiction treatment hospital in the northeast, renowned for the significant impact its staff can have on patients' lives. In today's world, individuals struggling with mental health issues need caring Healthcare Workers more than ever.

Job Summary: The role involves serving as an internal expert on clinical quality of care programs, ensuring the hospital's compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and governmental standards across all clinical areas. Responsibilities also include overseeing the patient experience, managing patient grievances, and participating in performance improvement initiatives.

Starting salary at $88,000 per year.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college, and Registered Nurse license required. MSN preferred.
Ten years of nursing experience in a healthcare facility, with a focus on behavioral health for at least five years.
Experience in clinical chart audits, data analysis, and action plan development for at least five years.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate critical thinking, and provide education and resources.
Displays professional excellence, strong judgment, initiative, and ethical standards.
Proficient in computer skills, particularly in spreadsheets, databases, and report writing. Knowledge of Microsoft products is highly valued.
