- Utilize tools like Store Assistant Host and PDI Enterprise to track and document cycle counts.
- Address discrepancies in cycle counts promptly.
- Develop and deliver compliance reports to site personnel.
- Provide guidance to store staff on proper counting practices.
- Support new site acquisitions.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct audits as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive new initiatives.
- Carry out other assigned duties.

The Inventory Management Specialist focuses on ensuring operational efficiency by overseeing physical inventories, monitoring relevant programs, implementing corrective measures, providing training, and generating reports.
