    Job Description & Requirements

    Universal Orlando Resort believes in-person collaboration is key to our success.

    Many of our Team Members work in a hybrid capacity, contributing from the workplace a minimum of three days per week.

    There are also roles that require being on-site full time. Limited remote opportunities may be available within specific departments. You'll learn more about this during the recruitment process.


    JOB SUMMARY:


    Preparing communications of financial Parks and Resorts results and forecasts for domestic and international properties to executives in UPR and NBCU.

    Maintaining financial reports and FP&A BPC system.


    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Utilize, update, and assist enhancements in FP&A BPC system for reporting and planning.
    Maintain financial reports of historical results and current FP&A forecasts/plans.
    Prepare weekly reports to senior leadership in UPR and NBCU of financial results.

    Create reports and analytics for major drivers of financial results including seasonal drivers, new park additions, and international FX changes.

    Create ad hoc analytics to assist in supporting business needs.

    Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

    Performs other duties as assigned.


    EDUCATION:
    Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required.


    EXPERIENCE:
    3+ years finance, accounting, analyst experience
    ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Occasional local and long distance travel may be required.
