    $70,000 - $90,000

    About the FP&A Analyst

    The FP&A Analyst will evaluate, interpret, and monitor financial and operational data from various sources to assist in achieving strategic goals. Collaborating closely with Finance, Accounting, and Business leadership, the FP&A Analyst will construct financial models, prepare forecasts, and conduct research and analysis based on business requirements.

    What the FP&A Analyst Will Do
    • Oversee company-wide and divisional forecasts
    • Prepare budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual analyses on a monthly basis, along with monthly reporting of key metrics and KPIs to support company objectives
    • Compiling cost reports, operational analyses, and profitability models for various business and product lines
    • Collaborating with the Sales team to evaluate the performance of key sales metrics and enhance forecasting accuracy based on customer pipeline data
    • Working with operational leaders to assess project implementation and ongoing costs to improve project profitability analysis
    • Assisting in the development and review of CAPEX and project budgets
    • Contributing to the development and refinement of operational models
    Requirements of the FP&A Analyst
    • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related analytical discipline
    • At least 2 years of experience maintaining financial models and cash flow projections, with a preference for 2-4 years in corporate FP&A or a similar role
    • Ability to convey financial information to a non-financial audience
