Service Manager / Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Motivating and authoritative management of approximately 18 service technicians in the Trier and Luxembourg region, as well as 2 office employees at the Bekond location
Personnel management, scheduling, and order processing for assigned employees
Technical customer support and creation of sustainable customer loyalty through personal customer visits
Ensuring service quality, on equal footing with the customer
Developing concepts for acquiring new customers and strategically advancing the business area
Constantly improving processes and procedures with a strong focus on service
Responsibility for the department's results
