Job brief

We are looking for a skilled
Material Expeditor to coordinate material coming from manufacturers and ensuring it reached our Customers.

A Material expeditor must be a well-organized individual able to multitask. You should possess great communication skills and ability to solve problems. Experience in Expediting will be very useful as knowledge of basic Supply Chain and Logistics principles.


Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders to Vendors & Manufacturers
• Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain a constant communication with the customer
• Coordinate their respective deliveries according to priorities and specifications
• Resolve problems to handle delivery of orders on time
• Monitor inventory via proprietary processes and software
• Arrange the movement of material at our facility (warehouse)
• Maintain good relationships with customers expeditors

Requirements:

Bilingual (English & Spanish):

• Proficient in MS Office and basic overall Computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Forklift & handling material
• Wellorganized with multitasking abilities
• Apt in problemsolving
• QuickBooks knowledge is a plus

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
