Description

We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent IT Department Manager (m/f/d) for our central IT department in Flensburg, Germany.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of six employees and overseeing all IT infrastructure-related tasks. This includes coordinating and prioritizing department tasks, developing internal processes, and ensuring a high level of IT security. Your strong conceptual and analytical skills will guide you through the diverse daily tasks. With your leadership abilities, communication skills, and teamwork, you will embody the service-oriented mindset within the company and for its subsidiaries and affiliates, focusing on high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction. You will also ensure the development and functionality of IT for operational units and act as the main point of contact for management and department heads, supporting the company's digital development and ensuring the strategic direction of the IT organization. Your approach will always be entrepreneurial, and you will be skilled in negotiation and finding solutions. You will be responsible for achieving department goals.

Your Collaboration

You will work closely with the departments of Vocational Education, Work, Housing, Administration, Quality Management, as well as with subsidiaries and affiliates, to promote a positive working environment.

Your Profile

You have a degree in computer science, completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of experience with Microsoft
