    Position Summary: Participate as a leader and active team-member to support the behavioral health of clients accessing services at FSRI. Responsible for supervising the Children's Mobile Crisis within the CCBHC. Supports a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care. Supervises clinicians, case managers, and peer specialists to implement children mobile crisis assessment and follow-up. Performs crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation where needed, and manages evidenced based models of treatment. Participates in on-call emergency services. Conducts clinical training as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Independent Clinical License required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
    • Experience providing treatment in a behavioral health setting and a minimum of 1year prior clinical supervisory experience required.
    • Experience providing emergency evaluation is a plus.
    • Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
    • Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated
    • Flexible schedule with some evenings.
    • Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must
    • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
    • Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.

    Physical Requirements: This position requires residential and community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to:

    • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance.
    • Ability to communicate effectively.
    • Travel to and from clients' residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
    • Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
    • Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements.
