- Complete crisis assessments in the community and refer individuals to the appropriate level of care.
- Monitoring medication administer injections and manage medications supplies.
- Provide mental health and substance use education to clients.
- Care Coordination with community providers and CCA prescribers/staff.
- Complete all required documentation, including assessments, recovery plans, and reports.
- Attendance at required meetings.
- Other duties as assigned, including back up coverage for other programs if needed.

Job Description
Job DescriptionCommunity Care Alliance is seeking a Registered Nurse to be a part of our evolving 24/7 crisis team in the Northern RI area. The goal if this program is to provide 24/7 coverage to support people who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis, with emphasis on crisis stabilization and connecting them to immediate services. The RN will primarily work alongside the program director and team providing both crisis and nursing assessments.
Full time. Weekdays 12p-8p and 1 Daytime weekend shift.
Responsibilities and duties of the registered nurse include but are not limited to:
Education Requirements:
RN or BSN with Behavioral Health experience, QMHP preferred, but will train, ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to make quick decisions and dispositions re the needs of individuals in crisis.
An ideal candidate is someone who can honor a trauma-informed, client-centered care perspective and be accepting of diversity of perspectives and backgrounds.
