Anytime Fitness in Parkland, FL is looking for a Motivated, Dynamic individual to join our Team

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Create additional traffic & generate sales.
Oversee the operations and production.
Must create and maintain an enjoyable environment for all employees, members, & guests.
You will be required to have reliable transportation to and from work.

Requirements:

At least oneyear experience directly managing a team.
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and developing a sales focused and customer centric team.
Experience in sales management and outside marketing.
Create and maintain business to business relationships.
Manage the club's customer relationship management system as provided by the organization.
Create a presence and be involved in the community through events, health fairs, wellness activities etc.
Must meet and maintain all key performance indicators as outlined by the organization.
Exceptional communication skills.
Experience in the fitness industry (preferred).
Promote and sell Personal Training to new and existing members.
Promote, maintain and exemplify the Anytime Fitness brand among health club members, potential health club members and among company staff.
Ensure that Anytime Fitness policies and procedures are properly disseminated and followed.
Handle customer service issues that may arise in the health club.
Manage staff of personal trainers to ensure clients needs are met.
Perform any other duties that are assigned, from time to time.
