As a recruitment agency, we are looking for you as a
Payroll Clerk (m/f/d) in direct and permanent employment with our client, a nationwide provider for the installation, maintenance, and service of heating systems, located in Crestline, CA.

Our client is a rapidly growing Berlin-based cleantech company that is leading the digitalization of its industry with the goal of implementing the energy transition in the heating supply of German households.

As part of the HR team at our client's headquarters in Berlin, you will be responsible for all payroll-related matters for the company's employees.

In addition to a stylish loft office in Berlin Mitte, you can expect a great working atmosphere with a casual culture and plenty of room for creativity and development opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting in the preparation of payroll
Being the point of contact for employees and managers regarding social and taxrelated questions
Handling correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance providers, and authorities and supporting with certification processes
Creating evaluations, statistics, and analyses and taking on projects related to payroll

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualifications in human resources, as well as initial professional experience in personnel administration
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, ideally also Google Docs
First experience with human resource management software is advantageous, preferably Personio
Structured and independent way of working with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
