Queen City, MO is seeking a technician to fix a Playstation 4 console that is having trouble reading discs. After approximately 1 minute in the menu, an error message appears stating "disc read/failure". The technician will need to address the following:
  • Console make and model
    • Playstation 4
  • Issues to be resolved by the technician
    • Disc reader
  • Where will the work be done?
    • At my home or office, at the professional's shop/office, or with free pick-up and delivery to my home
  • When do you need the service to be completed?
    • Within the next few days
  • Preferred repair schedule
    • Midday (12:00 - 15:00), afternoon (15:00 - 18:00), early evening (18:00 - 21:00), or night (21:00 - 00:00)
