Job summary
Hanover Research is searching for a Business Development Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and be persistent when contacting potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact to engage with potential new clients including CEOs Presidents other executives leaders Use cold-calling emailing social-messaging to secure new business conversations with for-profit companies Leverage all available resources through outbound prospecting such as Salesforce external sources e.g. social media news alerts etc. predictive modeling tools strategically identify contact executives Build organizational skills maintain ongoing outreach territory assigned Sales Directors calendar Participate in sales onboarding 1:1 training sessions team meetings skill building professional development Help Sales Director manage sales pipeline achieve annual revenue goals engaging prospects throughout steps sales cycle Leverages relationships associates assume best practices Meet weeklymonthly goals meetings activity metrics
