We are currently seeking lawyers (m/f/d) to join our China team in our M&A and corporate law practice groups at our offices in Germany. Your future role will involve providing comprehensive legal advice to our Asian clients, particularly from China, in M&A transactions and corporate law, as well as supporting German companies in Asia.

Gleiss Lutz has recently advised on a number of transactions involving Chinese investors and has established a reputation as a leading law firm for Chinese investors in Germany.
