We are currently looking for a skilled Property Operations Assistant to support our remote Regional Property Director (based in CA) and Maintenance Director to address tenant and property issues in a professional and efficient manner.
The Property Operations Assistant will work on administrative tasks as well as be the eyes and ears when out at the properties to ensure tenant satisfaction and safety.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who is not afraid to take on issues head on.If you are a go-getter and looking to enter the Property Management field, this is a great position to start and further develop your talents and gain knowledge on Property Management.

- Tenant communication and coordination
- Prepares leases for Regional Property Director's review and approval; obtains signatures from management and tenants.
- Move in and move out coordination
- Provides potential tenants with brochures, information, and tours of facilities and available units.
- Perform unit turnover inspections to validate completion & quality of maintenance work with Maintenance Coordinator
- Assist our Marketing Director develop and implement marketing strategies to attract renters.
- Assist in Quarter collections and deposits
- Updates various operational reports on a regular basis that are used for internal teams as well as investors.
- Assists with recordkeeping, filing, bookkeeping, and paperwork as required.
- Perform regular visits and inspections of management properties
- Vendor coordination and billing tracking data entry for the maintenance department
- Attends eviction court and updates upper management with case information
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Proficiency with the
Google Suite:
Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs.
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, to drive for company business (drive between apartments, hardware store, etc.).
The Offer:
- Full-Time, Mon
- Fri (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
- Starting pay: $19$22 per hour.

Salary:
$ $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week, Monday through Friday
