Job Summary/Basic Functions
Colonel Card Services is the first face-to-face interaction many patrons have with the university.
A Card Services Associate will deliver exceptional front-line customer service to a diverse client base, including students, faculty, administrators, and university contractors.
The Card Services Associate will reflect high standards and professionalism associated with EKU while upholding office and patron privacy protocols.
