PURPOSE:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contacting and obtaining WTCHP "POP" from clients for enrollment purposes
  • Write POP cover letters for both the WTCHP and the VCF as assigned
  • Set followups with the clients to assist with Suspensions and Denials and ensure timely acceptance
  • Perform conference calls with clients and the Health Program Help Line as needed
  • Provide updates about any changes to the WTCHP to the Health Program Team Supervisor
  • Complete assigned tasks, respond to incoming correspondences, and complete other assignments in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update Salesforce, electronic files, and other database resources with changes in a client's enrollment status
  • Attendance reviewed and submitted by Health Program Team Supervisor
  • Collaborate with the Health Program Team Supervisor on special projects as assigned
  • Communicate updates and meet with the Health Program Team on a regular basis
  • Additional duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work 4 days a week in our Manhattan office
  • Must be available to be at the office or remote daily to ensure tasks are completed
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication, formal writing, and people skills
  • Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines related to the VCF & WTCHP
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Salesforce and various business software
  • Ability to strategize, respond and adapt to frequent policy changes and solve problems.

SALARY:
$50,000 - $60,000
