    About the role

    As a Retail Bank Project Manager, you will lead, handle, and coordinate multiple projects in varying stages that consist of interior and exterior renovation projects and infrastructure upgrades of retail bank branches for our Financial Services clients.

    Job Location: Hybrid / Remote - Regular New York City Site Visits are Required.

    This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.

    What youll do

    Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.

    Interface directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & turning points, quality control, and risk identification.

    Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; conduct standard requests for proposals; complete bid review; recommend resources to clients.

    Direct the project delivery team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.

    Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.

    Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

    Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

    Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of own your job subject area and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

    Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

    Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

    Work within broad guidelines and policies and explain difficult or sensitive information.

    What youll need

    Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

    Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of shown experience. Instead of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

    Previous Project Management experience with commercial renovations and retail bank projects is a plus. General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.

    Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

    In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

    Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
