Junior Motion Designer / Video Editor

We will count on you to:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute motion graphics and video concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines
- Assist in the creation of visually appealing animations, transitions, and effects to enhance video content
- Edit raw footage and assemble video content to create compelling and engaging videos
- Incorporate audio, music, and sound effects to enhance the overall video experience
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and techniques in motion design and video editing
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to video content
- Maintain organized file management and adhere to established naming conventions
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of video assets and project files
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
- A portfolio showcasing previous motion design and video editing work is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques and principles
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition
- Basic understanding of audio editing and mixing
- Event Travel is Required

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.
Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
LI-RB2The applicable base salary range for this role is $47,700 to $95,500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
