Junior Motion Designer / Video Editor

We will count on you to:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute motion graphics and video concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines
Assist in the creation of visually appealing animations, transitions, and effects to enhance video content
Edit raw footage and assemble video content to create compelling and engaging videos
Incorporate audio, music, and sound effects to enhance the overall video experience
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and techniques in motion design and video editing
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to video content
Maintain organized file management and adhere to established naming conventions
Assist in the maintenance and organization of video assets and project files

What you need to have:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
A portfolio showcasing previous motion design and video editing work is highly preferred
Strong understanding of video editing techniques and principles
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition
Basic understanding of audio editing and mixing
Event Travel is Required

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week.

Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $47,700 to $95,500.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
