Our team of over 1,000 dedicated instructors, trainers, and consultants deliver knowledge and skills to over learners at 65 locations annually.


We are currently seeking a Trainer for Electrical Engineering and Mechatronics for our commercial and technical apprenticeship program (m/f/d) at DB Training's training center in Frankfurt/Liederbach (Taunus).


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and motivating apprentices according to their abilities
  • Planning and implementing training phases according to the company's training plan
  • Teaching the knowledge and skills defined in the training regulations and agreed upon in the training plan
  • Providing guidance to apprentices in carrying out tasks using current technology, work organization, and pedagogy
  • Continuously developing training concepts and processes
  • Designing projectbased training using modern media and providing methodological support to apprentices in all training phases
  • Participating in the promotion of learning processes and guiding apprentices, together with our clients, to successfully complete their apprenticeships
  • Participating in local examination committees
