Description
We, THS GmbH, have been active in the field of wastewater technology for over 30 years.We provide professional troubleshooting, maintenance of wastewater lifting systems, submersible motor pump stations, and separation systems, as well as expert advice for new installations and planning for domestic wastewater.
We are currently seeking a part-time office clerk/office specialist (m/f) for 20 hours per week, with availability for vacation and sick leave coverage.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Telephone support for our customers
- Coordination of our technicians' assignments
- General administrative tasks
- Data management, writing invoices and quotes
- Point of contact for external companies and business partners
Requirements:
- Experience in secretarial/assistant roles
- Quick comprehension, high selfinitiative, and a sense for fast and efficient solutions.
