Your Mission
- You will manufacture (assemble and disassemble) precision instruments and devices
- You will work on shaping and finishing surfaces of instruments and devices, test their function, and adjust them accordingly
- You will make decisions on the use of instruments based on measurement and test results, as well as company guidelines, safety regulations, SOPs, WIs, instructions, and relevant laws
- You will use manual and handheld machines, as well as machine tools, to process workpieces
- You will solder, weld, and glue various workpieces
- You will develop proposals for continuous productivity improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement
- You will also plan and prepare work processes, and evaluate your own work results
Your Talents
- Completed training as a surgical mechanic; alternatively, completed training as a toolmaker with a specialization in instrument technology, precision mechanics, watchmaking, or a related profession
- Previous experience in the medical technology field is ideal
- Experience in instrument assembly is advantageous
- Careful handling of tools and materials
- Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
