    Description
    **Curative Executive and Academic Search is partnering with Lower Cape Fear
    LifeCare in their search for their next Chief Medical Officer in beautiful
    Wilmington, NC.**Join our team as the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and oversee hospice and
    palliative care at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare (LCFL). This role establishes
    medical standards for patient programs, offering guidance to staff,
    volunteers, and medical directors. You will cultivate meaningful relationships
    with referring physicians and healthcare systems, as well as lend your
    clinical expertise during medical staff rounds.

    • Board certification in hospice and palliative care medicine
