Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Duties:
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.


Additional Duties:
Follow both written and spoken instructions clearly and accurately.


Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred. Experience in glass and/or construction is highly desirable.


Skills:

Must be able to read and understand a tape measure.
Intermediate math skills are essential.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Ability to lift, slide, carry 25-75 lbs, and possibly up to 100 lbs.

Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).

Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and assist in different areas of the business as needed.
