    Description
    Looking for a role where you can work closely with the Sr VP Operations to upgrade processes in all areas of Manufacturing engineering - especially in the are of new product introduction and implementation?

    Our client is a small contact manufacturer that is poised for continued strategic growth.


    This is an amazing opportunity for someone who enjoys broad exposure, wants to make an impact You will experience continuous learning as the organization grows.

    Since we are a med device contract manufacturer - you will get experience in multiple product sectors and become an expert at new product implementation


    This is a desirable position comes with lots of career development potential since you will be growing along with the company.

    You will have direct access to Sr Leadership so that you can present and implement ideas.


    This role will report to the Sr VP, Operations who will look to you to lead the charge on making things top-notch in the organization -developing robust manufacturing processes for new product and continuous improvement of existing products.

    You will leverage your experience, knowledge and influencing skills to optimize manufacturing processes in

    machining, grinding, and CNC programming environments.

    The goal is to build relationships and credibility with internal stakeholders and customers to become a trusted partner


    Qualifications Profile:

    To nail this, you will need:
    Solid experience in engineering positions related to machining and CNC programming
    Deep knowledge of medical device regulations and quality certifications or other highly regulated industry.
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field,
    Passion and commitment to growing this small organization as part of a tight-knit team
