    Established Manufacturing Engineering professional. Plans the sequence of operations for fabrication tools to ensure excellent product performance.
    Coordinate and facilitate Process-Certification, Lean Transformation, and other Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across Operations.
    Facilitate Quick-, and Standard-, projects using PDCA methodology.

    Develop and maintain factory-wide workflow systems, including but not limited to QCPC, Tool Request, RPA (Request for Production Assistance), CI certification levels.

    Support the drive for cultural change toward more data driven decisions.
    Support teams during the transition toward the adoption of root cause analysis as standard practice.
    BS degree with 2+ years of manufacturing engineer experience

    Experience as a manufacturing engineer in a medium volume manufacturing environment with high product variability.
    Experience with lean manufacturing projects, 6 Sigma, and SPC tools and methodologies
    Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    Experience with root cause analysis tools (5W+1H, 4M, 5Why).
    World Class Manufacturing, Toyota Production System, or equivalent.
