- Work with leadership to define the product roadmap
- Assist with internal and/or external knowledge transfer to explain the purpose, content, and proper operation of new features
- Communicate clearly and concisely in all written and verbal communications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis skills
- Creativity and analytical aptitude with the ability to understand complex business practices, break them into discrete processes, and document them concisely
- Ability to perform acceptance criteria testing and evaluate suitability of new features
- Strong written and verbal skills, including the ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently to research topics and articulate the impact of the research on roadmap initiatives
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with minimal supervision
- Travel required: Minimal (a couple of time a year)
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare industry (healthcare revenue management preferred)
- Strong SQL and database knowledge
- Experience defining products and solutions which deal with large data sets from multiple sources
- Subject matter expertise in Revenue Cycle Management
- Experience with process diagram and flowchart (MS Visio, Draw IO, etc.)

Impact you will make
The Product Owner fills a critical role in the software development life cycle, acting as a bridge between the product strategy and the delivery of a successful software product or service. A successful candidate will work to understand the features customers need and help define the product roadmap. This role is also a critical part of the software delivery process, helping to clarify strategy and requirements during the development phase, proposing design options, and conducting knowledge transfer to development, operations, marketing, and sales resources.
