We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers/Companions. As a Caregiver/Companion, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need, promoting their well-being and independence.


Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Implement behavior management strategies when necessary

Requirements:

• Experience in senior care, assisted living, or related fields is preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when needed
• Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Certification in nursing, social work, or direct support is beneficial
• Willingness to undergo training as required
