Your responsibilities:

International customer service in the office
Coordination of payments for overdue accounts with customers
Maintenance and creation of materials and customer data
Sales promotion over the phone
Processing of returns
Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as field sales and logistics

What you bring:

Completed commercial or equivalent education
Excellent MS Office skills
Knowledge of SAP and experience in sales is an advantage
