OVERVIEW


UNOde50 was founded in the late 1990s by a group of designers who resolved to establish a brand of fashion jewelry and accessories that would break all existing molds.

The project was based on the creation of pieces with a unique and distinctive style, which soon became known for their flair and innovation.


This fusion of tradition and modernity was the breeding ground for a new and different brand, steeped in a spirit of craftsmanship and signaling exclusivity through its design and quality.

The brand started out with the original and exclusive philosophy of creating only 50 units of each design, thereby supplying the trademark name.

This unorthodox approach soon proved an unqualified success.


Over time, UNOde50's production and family have grown, although the name has remained to remind us that, just as on the very first day, the quality and exclusiveness of each piece are our first priority.

UNOde50 is looking for a District Manager for the Northeast Region based in NYC


Responsibilities:

Manage & Develop Partnerships

  • Manages 59 locations and Managers in their area.
  • Identify the best performers for reorders to drive business and analyze voids and opportunities based on sales trends.
  • Resolves personal concerns fairly and in a timely fashion.
  • Serves as a business partner to Visual Merchandise Specialist, Area Leaders, and Boutique Managers.
  • Interfaces with all levels of management and associates in a manner that promotes learning and mutual respect.
Training

  • Identify training opportunities within the store, create an action plan accordingly.
  • Manage and conduct frequent training with retail partners' sales manager, selling specialist, and associates.
  • Create tools to measure the effects of training where possible.

Work with store management and corporate training team.

Drive and Produce Results

  • Supports the Company vision through ownership and accountability for Company's overall sales and profitability.
  • Identify best performers for reorders to drive business and analyze voids and opportunities based on sales trends.
  • Develops and executes strategies to drive business and comp LY sales.
  • Operates business profitably and minimizes potential for loss.
  • Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports as requested by the corporate management.
Human Resources

  • Recruit management staff and support staffing for associates.
  • Network within the local market to increase brand awareness and desirability.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:


  • Minimum 5+ years Retail Management experience
  • KPI driven and result oriented
  • Ability to travel
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to work with team members globally and locally
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Is a selfstarter who can work well under mínimal supervision

Preferred Skills

  • Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in Spanish
