The Academic Coach Experience

All of our tutoring services have a focus on Executive Functioning (EF), which is a set of skills that enable people to meet their goals, display self-control, follow complex directions, and stay focused.

The Enrichery's Academic Coach experience extends beyond recurring one-on-one sessions with their matched students to promote the mastery of lifelong habits for success.

What You Should Offer

Desire to make an impact on K12 students
Work a minimum of 8 studentfacing hours per week (hours start off slow but coaches are able to build up their schedule to the capacity they desire)
During the school year, weeknight and Sunday availability are a must. In the summer, sessions occur between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm
A positive and professional attitude

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in college classes
Ability to teach and connect with students as their mentor
ACT, SAT, and ISEE Test Preparation experience or College Admissions experience are a plus
