Your responsibilities:

Consulting and support for a defined group of employees in all personnel-related matters
Point of contact for our managers in all personnel matters
Assistance with the recruitment of specialists and managers, including personnel planning
Active support with payroll processing
Trustful cooperation with the works council
Support and management of individual HR projects at the location
Creation of reports and statistics

Your qualifications:

Completed university degree with a focus on personnel or equivalent
Several years of practical experience in the HR field - preferably in generalist HR functions in an industrial company
High service mentality and (internal) customer orientation as well as strong social and consulting skills
Good knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
Knowledge of payroll processing desirable
Proficient in MS Office and basic SAP knowledge desirable
