- Organize, file, and maintain a positive and professional workplace demeanor
- Prepare deliveries for the delivery driver and packages for FedEx
- Assist in the efficient processing of daily workflow and pharmacy operations production
- Execute tasks as instructed to achieve desired outcomes promptly and with top-notch quality and professionalism
- Handle all necessary paperwork following established protocols
- Attendance compliance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Effective interpersonal skills with colleagues, supervisors, and clients
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Proficiency in software usage
- Demonstrates the required behavioral and technical competencies to fulfill job responsibilities effectively
- Shows sensitivity to the needs and data of employees and customers
- Demonstrates personal drive for technical and professional enhancement
- Accountable for actions taken
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
