Responsibilities:

• Requirements
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Accompany individuals on community outing
• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Ensure staff are completing their shift duties

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Arizona Driver's License

- must be able to obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card
- clean Motor Vehicle Re (preferred)

• Article 9 (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid (preferred)
• Prevention & Support (preferred)
• Associate's Degree
• Proven experience as a caregiver and supervisor
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics
• Physical endurance

Pay & Benefits

$15.50/hour (base rate) + $2/hour (ARPA Bonus) = $17.50/hour

Full time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k

Schedule

• Tuesday-Friday 2p10p, Saturday 8a4p
