- Providing pre-sales and implementation services to advise and recommend the appropriate technology solutions to Manufacturing clients.
- Working directly with Account Executives in engaging with clients.
- Assessing the Manufactures needs by utilizing industry systems and information to meet the functional requirement of each client.
- Collaborating with respective sales teams to develop and recommend comprehensive industry solutions.
- Leveraging knowledge and research to support Account Executives with both new and existing clients.
- Evaluate existing systems and client processes to determine efficiency and propose improvements aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and conceptualize system architecture, considering integrations, client systems, databases, and other technical infrastructures.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in Smart Manufacturing Solutions.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial automation field.
- Ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
- Ability to make independent judgement/decision making during solution recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
