    We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Representative to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets for our establishment.

    We value candidates with exceptional communication abilities that can create a welcoming environment for our clientele. Your role will involve recognizing customer needs, presenting and clarifying information about our products and services, and proposing appropriate solutions. A positive demeanor and a proactive approach to resolving any potential customer concerns or issues are key traits for success in this position.

    Ultimately, your aim will be to ensure customers depart our store satisfied, thereby contributing to the store's overall profitability.

    Responsibilities
    • Welcome and guide customers
    • Provide precise details on products (e.g., features, pricing, and post-sales services)
    • Address customer inquiries regarding specific products/services
    • Facilitate product purchases through price and feature comparisons
    • Upsell additional products
    • Maintain fully stocked shelves
    • Handle merchandise returns
    • Collaborate with the team to offer exceptional customer service (especially during peak hours)
    • Inform customers about promotions and exclusive deals
    • Convey customer feedback to the Store Manager
    • Stay informed on the latest products/services
    Requirements
    • Proven experience in roles like Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar positions
    • Comprehension of retail sales procedures
    • Understanding of consumer behavior principles
    • Familiarity with inventory management techniques
    • Basic mathematical skills
    • Demonstrated history of meeting sales targets
    • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to establish trust-based relationships
    • Capability to excel in dynamic environments
    • Availability to work across various shifts
    • High school diploma
    • BSc in Marketing or a related field is advantageous
    • Knowledge of soccer (teams, players, products, etc.) is a bonus
