Description
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with daily needs such as, auditing data for accuracy, plan amendments, contact vendors, work in industry specific software, etc.
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Must have knowledge of banking reconciliation.
- Answer/transfer phone calls
- Assist clients as needed
- Scan documents and organize on cloud system
- Heavy volume of statement opening/filing monthly
- Open office in AM (lights, copier/stock paper, fill supplies, order supplies etc.)
- Learn to transmit plan filings to IRS/DOL via portal system
- Prepare and complete forms as necessary for client requests
- Compile documents and packages to be sent to clients
Qualifications:
- 13+ Years of plan administration experience is preferred, but not required if you have suitable Administrative skills.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Software skills rating your self 8+: Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe.
- You MUST have a good attitude, take initiative, be a team player and most of all, be willing to learn. If you lack drive or initiative, you will not be a good fit
- You will want a long term position.
Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
