Responsibilities
- Customer care in all phases of the service process from initial contact to vehicle return
- Active marketing of service and repair services
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and professional complaint management
- Actively identifying customer needs and repair requirements
- Order and appointment tracking including quality control
- Invoicing, invoice review and explanation
- Ensuring customer mobility
