At YOUNIQ, we provide our tenants with both privacy and community spaces for studying, working, or simply relaxing with like-minded individuals.

Residence Manager (m/f/d) at our property 4711 in Cologne, starting immediately.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling direct inquiries from potential tenants through various channels
  • Managing all other tasks and legal transactions related to renting
  • Maintaining databases
  • Conducting apartment handovers and inspections and documenting them
  • Tenant support and correspondence
  • Planning and organizing events in the properties while adhering to budgets
  • Complaint management
  • Contributing to reporting by maintaining rental statistics
  • Operational responsibility for the property (occupational safety, hygiene concepts, fire protection)
  • Team management at the property
  • Close collaboration with the Regional Manager
