Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our energy products and services to potential customers.

This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the market and industry trends.

Duties:

• Conduct doortodoor sales presentations to potential customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our energy products and services
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
• Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Experience:

• Proven experience in energy sales, solar sales, or related field
• Strong background in doortodoor or outside sales
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Technical sales knowledge is a plus
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
