Maintenance Tech for Office Complex in Monmouth County

Looking for a maintenance tech for several office buildings in the Monmouth County area. Must have knowledge of most trades and not be afraid to get their hands dirty.

Most days will be spent changing light bulbs, ballasts, ceiling tiles, plumbing issues and other tenant issues.
