Your responsibilities Project management:
You will be fully responsible for project support and implementation

Renovations:
You will oversee independent retail stores and manage the coordination and execution of new, remodeling, and expansion projects

Conceptualization:
You will plan and design layout concepts for store furnishings.

Coordination of external service providers:
You will independently coordinate and utilize external service providers from our approved supplier pool

Budgeting:
You will be responsible for cost planning, project billing, and procurement of investment goods. You will monitor costs and stay within budget.

Organization and supervision:
You will coordinate and supervise technical and organizational construction execution and create defect and acceptance protocols. You will also oversee defect remediation and conduct final project acceptance.

Your profile Education:
You have successfully completed a degree in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, or have a completed technical, craft, or commercial education with professional experience and further training, such as a state-certified technician in the field of building technology or an equivalent qualification

You have relevant professional experience
