- Proficiency with at least one of the following languages (Java, Ruby, Python, Bash, PHP)
- Demonstrated experience working with databases
- Experience with cloud or remote managed devices, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) like S3.
- Productively work in a hybrid work environment which consists of 2 mandatory "all-in" days, 1 variable day, and 2 virtual days.Hybrid work environment is applied per position/department and may be subject to change per changes in the Policy.

Job Purpose
As a SageIOT NOC Associate you will thrive in a fast-paced customer support center environment while balancing a multitude of tickets, escalations, and projects. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and upholding the deployment of SageIOT managed devices globally, alongside addressing customer and internal escalations, and ensuring adherence to reporting standards, both scheduled and adhoc.
