Our home in Winkelhaid provides a home for 93 elderly residents, as well as individualized and activating care.

With a team of about 70 dedicated employees, we strive to provide our residents with a happy and fulfilling life.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and organizing nursing processes
  • Leading and developing the nursing and care team
  • Ensuring quality standards
  • Coordinating measures to improve the residents' quality of life
  • Acting as a point of contact for family members and external service providers

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a registered nurse
  • Completed further education as a nursing director or a degree in nursing management, nursing science (or a comparable qualification)
  • Several years of experience in a leadership position in the nursing sector
  • Knowledge of quality management and personnel management
  • Organizational skills and strong communication abilities
  • Good computer skills
  • Willingness to continue education and develop the nursing concept
  • Team player
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility
