Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell salon products to clients
- Uphold salon standards for customer service and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques and trends
- Experience with salon software like MINDBODY is a plus
- Knowledge of color theory and nail care
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients
- Experience in retail sales and upselling beauty products
- Ability to mentor junior stylists
- Understanding of sanitation practices in a salon environment
