Join our team with these tasks:

  • You will work on cross-administrative and department-specific projects and take on (partial) project management after successful training
  • You will support and develop the existing SAP modules FI/FI-AA and work on the migration planning to S/4HANA
  • You will provide business consulting and holistic module consulting and support for the entire city of Dortmund and all municipal enterprises of the city of Dortmund
  • You will gather customer-specific requirements, evaluate them, and coordinate them
  • You will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and operation of the SAP application as well as continuous optimization
  • You will test the processes configured in SAP and support in creating test cases and scenarios, as well as conducting test runs
  • You will create accompanying technical and functional documentation, prepare customer-specific workshops and trainings, conduct them, and create corresponding training materials

    • Basic knowledge of information security according to the standards and basic protection catalogs of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) as well as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) or the willingness to acquire these knowledge quickly is also required, as well as good English skills.
