    Description
    Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Property Accountant for our client in Raleigh.

    The primary responsibilities of the Property Accountant are to assist the Senior Property Accountant in accounting and reporting of all properties assigned.


    Responsibilities:
    Accurate balance sheet reconciliation to sub-ledgers and/or supporting documentation and income statement review at month-end includingBank reconciliations including clean up significantly aged outstanding checksAccounts Payable and AccrualsAccounts Receivable, Bad Debts, Security Deposits and Prepaid RentsMortgage and escrow balancesTaxes, InsuranceIdentification and reclassification of transactions miscodedAdditional closing procedures as requiredAssist in getting all monthly documents scanned into Google DriveAssign easily completed and basic tasks to Accounting AssistantSpecial Projects and other tasks As Assigned by Senior Property Accountant and Property ControllerRequirements:Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field1-3 years accounting experienceProperty Accounting experience a plusStrong communication & organizational skillsComfortable with MS Office
