- Set-up, Operate and Monitor CNC and conventional machinery to ensure that production is completed in a timely manner, including machining a variety of samples to close tolerances
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as drawings, operating instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals
- Select, Align, and Secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials on machines
- Ability to use of machine tools and inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers
- HS diploma or GED required
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Previous shop experience a plus
- Technical/vocational training in related field a plus

Element is searching for a self-motivated, mechanically inclined person to add to the Machine shop. This role will be responsible for operating various Machine Shop equipment in the production process.

4:30pm-1am, 2nd shift - $1 shift diff added to salary
Salary: $20-$26/hr
