WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


As a HR Director - Global Service he/she will be responsible for providing HR business partnership for CPI's Global Service organization, helping to construct and execute talent strategies aimed at improved associate performance and engagement.

You will have an analytical approach, a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data trends and themes.

This role will be a key part of our global Human Resources Leadership team, contributing to process improvement and additional roadmap activities.

Additionally, this role will support both leaders and associates based out of our CPI locations around the world with the majority of the associates working out of a distributed workforce across the U.S.

Leverage HR expertise, energy, and business acumen to immerse yourself in learning the business, providing strategic partnership with associates and senior leadership.

Comfortable around people of all levels both inside and outside the organization, is aware of key needs and issues throughout the business, can adapt their approach to different audiences to achieve results.


Trusted Advisor:

Advise managers on the full spectrum of associate relations issues across multiple countries; Partner with managers to support the delivery of appropriate training and development programs; Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion and professionalism.


Accountable; be accountable for the talent strategy across the Global Engineering and Supply Chain functions; Manage and execute talent planning, succession, assessments, and HR processes that drive a high performing team


HR Project Management; Deliver on business-critical HR related projects globally. Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while meeting deadlines Assist as needed in managing and executing global or local projects. Level of comfort with managing projects independently (annual HR Annual Initiatives; driving the internal intellectual capital process in compensation planning, annual performance management process and talent development and succession planning).


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of related human resources experience
  • Strong HR business partnership skills
  • Experience supporting Sr. Leaders/ Clevel executives
  • International HR support
  • Travel up to 25%
